Registration
The registration deadline is April 4, 2016. To register, please complete the enrollment form found here. If you have any questions or issues, please contact the Global Health Program by email or by calling 1-416-978-3763.
Fees
The costs include tuition for the program, travel to all site visits and social events. Costs are in Canadian dollars. The program fee is $4000.00
Scholarships
The Department of Family and Community Medicine (DFCM) is committed to supporting leaders of family medicine and primary care to participate in this summer program.
